HUGE shout out to Jacob Balbas the owner of SERVPRO and his team.  He came to my rescue when my downstairs took a crap (sewer back up) what a mess. (NO pun intended)

When I called Jacob he was quick to respond, patient, perfectional and just took the worry out of a nasty situation.  I had no clue what to do and where to start.  He answered my questions, walked me through it and took care of it all.  He has absolute integrity, honesty, and respect.  That says it all.  Hands down he has earned my trust and will always be my go-to person.  Thank you Jacob Balbas from the bottom of my heart.
